You may request deletion of ALL your personal data at any time by emailing hello@puffwise.health with subject "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and permanently delete your data within 30 days. This includes:
GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) / CCPA Section 1798.105 compliant.
GDPR (EU/EEA): Right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), object (Art. 21), withdraw consent (Art. 7). Contact hello@puffwise.health. No fee unless requests are manifestly unfounded. Right to lodge complaint with EU Data Protection Authority.
CCPA (California): Right to know, delete, opt-out of sale. We do not sell personal data.
TLS/SSL encryption in transit. AES-256 encryption at rest (Firebase). Breach notification within 72 hours. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Parents who believe their child provided data should contact us for immediate deletion.
We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification and/or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
